Starbucks - Wigan

I said my name was jimbo and I was made a mockery out of me by calling me jumbo it made me suicidal and depressed

The wifi at this restaurant has not been working for weeks and it definitely needs to be fixed. It seems like it should be a simple issue to resolve.

I have never been to a more disorganized Starbucks. They never have anything in stock. In the summer, they should consider stocking up on caramel and lemonade for the daily drinks. A couple of the staff members are pretty knowledgeable, but the new staff seem clueless. I will never go back there again. The tables are always dirty and if you stay in the parking lot for more than an hour, you might get a £100 parking fine, like my friend did. Absolutely disgusting.

I received a £100 parking fine after spending money at the coffee shop. It's ridiculous! I was only there for an hour and 15 minutes, spent about £40, and still got fined.

Sat in drive through queue.Didn’t even bother ordering! The rats running round near the order point put us off! Yuck!!!
