The Gatehouse - Wigan

Booked last minute for a catch up with a friend. We both really enjoyed our visit. Great welcome and service. We really enjoyed the food and will definitely be back. Good value and I highly recommend it!

The food and service were excellent, and I will definitely be returning. The only downside was that the restaurant was a bit chilly, but overall it was a very enjoyable experience and we will be back.

Food was lovely and the service was fantastic. The range of food on the menu is different to usual pub grub. Very enjoyable, will definitely be coming again.

Read about the food on the MEN article so decided to give it a try, and can honestly say that it’s one of the best curries we have ever had, starters were spot on and sides were delicious. My wife is so so about spicy food but was mopping up the sauce with the naan bread so I know it was good. Deffo telling all my mates and deffo will be back. Well done Tyldesley for another great food establishment opening.

Me and my wife went for food. It was amazing quality and lovely atmosphere since the new owners have come in. We're definitely going to go again and make this one of our go to places to eat. Had the butter chicken and chicken madras and both were lovely.
