I grabbed a meatball sub with cheese, olives, and jalapeños, and headed to All Saints park where I enjoyed every bite. The guy at the checkout wearing a bandana was very friendly and attractive. I definitely recommend this place - the sandwich was delicious!
I turned up at about 1pm and there was a queue of about 8 people in front of me. I nearly turned and left, but they had plenty of staff in, and the queue soon went. They had run out of chili and paprika bread, which is a shame, but apart from that, really enjoyed my lunch!
A friendly welcome and an easy run through all the questions needed to get your subway sandwich just how you like it. There's a small seating area which we were pleased to use as we'd been walking lots. A comfortable lunch break, thank you.
Only complaint I would have is that staff stared at me as if I was speaking a foreign language when I ordered a steak and cheese and said please warm the steak and put the spicy cheese on the bread then add all the green salad items then the warm steak. I know what I like and staff did follow my order once I repeated step by step.
Lunchtime for me before my writing course and its not far from it. There is a nice variety to make your choices from and there are choices of different types of rolls to choose from with two sizes to have, the six inch subway and the twelve inch subway if you really feel that hungry. Hot and cold drinks, with other snacks as well definitely worth another visit any time of the day........Highly recommended
