The Cheesecake Shop - Wigston

I ordered on Uber Eats to get my Mum's birthday treat. Absolutely fab, lush cake and they made it so pretty. 100% would recommend

I drove by the cake shop a few times while looking for a cake for my wife. Although I'm not nearby, many local places sell cakes that are overly expensive, huge, and lack flavor. However, I found this shop to be a fantastic value for the money. The cakes were really tasty, and it's conveniently located with free parking just around the corner. Keep up the great work! I’ll definitely be back soon.

The cheesecakes are fantastic, and the service is friendly. However, I noticed that the opening times posted on the door say 10 o'clock, but during my last two visits, I had to wait 20 minutes for them to open. There was a sign in the window stating they'd be back in 15 minutes, which made me reluctant to leave, but it turned out to be nearly 10:30 before they opened.

I really enjoyed the selection of cakes; it's one of my favorite spots for desserts. The service was outstanding, and the prices are definitely reasonable! I will definitely be returning.

I'm sorry to say, but I agree with the other reviews about the customer service standards at wigston. I bought a cheesecake this morning, and the lady saw me waiting on the counter and ignored and continued what she did behind the wall. it turns out that she got cheesecake and tee to serve customers. I understand that she was busy, but why not say hello and I will be with them as soon as I'm done? in the meantime other customers tried to push before me, and one finally succeeded in their desire and put their cake on the as I served the confused server big! again was the dame that was wordless and less smiled while she served me my cake. she showed it to me and didn't even give me the chance to notice that some of the fruits looked down. what is the point of showing me the products if you don't give me a chance to comment/back and say that I would prefer another? we spend a lot of money on these cakes, the least they can do is actually communicating with customers. I wanted to go to the melton Road branch first and now wish I had it. we went to this one last week and the customer service was amazing! we even have free dessert pots that they gave away this day. next time, I'll go there, even if there's 3 miles out of mine! after wigston they really have to be careful because they are a franchise and if they treat customers like poo from no reason, then they are in danger of going gloomy as we just go somewhere. have now revised my review from a star to 5 stars. my last visit in this industry was really good, very positiw and a complete tour of the above described. I understand that the load is now also under new management. Go on!
