We have been customers for a long time. I have to say that tonight the service was exceptional! We were welcomed with a friendly smile, and the sweetest young lady made our sandwiches. She was very kind, made eye contact when speaking, and even helped me make a decision when I couldn't decide what I wanted. Our food was very good! I have done the online order 3 times. 2 out if the 3 the sandwiches were not toasted. Will not use online ordering again. When went to pick up there were no other customers in the store. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Do not order DELIVERY from here!!!! You will never get it!! I live 2 1/2 blocks from subway and waited an hour on a Thursday and called subway repeatedly with no answer. Finally went to get it myself and my food that I ordered toasted was cold. I asked for my tip and delivery fee back and they said I need to contact door dash. I asked why they didn’t answer my repeated calls they said the phone doesn’t ring on their end! Then I guess you need to turn the ringer on!!!! Paid 40.00 for cold soggy food that I had to go get anyway. Ordered delivery because I’m sick!! Don’t waste your money!!
