Restrooms: The restrooms have been recently renovated and are always kept clean. The showers operate on a pay-per-use basis. Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome as long as they are leashed. Picnic area: Kuso Lake is nearby, offering plenty of picnic spots as well as a swimming area and a boat launch. Dogs are permitted there too.
The campsites are spacious and well-maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the restaurant offers excellent food. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.
The prices are outrageous for what you get. The mixers are $9, and the $7 appetizers seem like they were made in a microwave. Overall, it’s just not a worthwhile experience. This place is really disappointing.
This place has so much potential that’s it’s mind blowing that they don’t care about the money that’s slipping away. If they would open their bar year round they could have snowmobilers, hunters and so many more customers during the winter. I get camping is seasonal but having a bar they could be open all year and if their food is as good as I hear it is they could be so much bigger. The owners need to get more help in staffing and this place has the potential to be a goldmine.
Tiki bar ok not up to hype. Fish fry very good and reasonable price.
