Jack In The Box - Wildomar

Drive tru sucks, never ever gets order right and called on it to talk to manager and kid who answered the phone put on another kid that just started his first day, lol it was like a movie like spagolie from fast times of ridgemont high hahah I was amazed and it cracked me up, America is beautiful and we are going to the toilet I blame it all on potus. Wish it was just a movie.

I ordered online. The tracking said the order would be delivered by 1:30. Then 1:40. Then it said that the order was cancelled. I called Jack In the Box five times to see if the order was indeed cancelled and that I would get a refund. It would ring and ring then go to voicemail. They also have reviews in the 2 out of 5 range. I can see why.

They messed up once and I had to drive back and they messed up again. So my food was cold and wrong. Done with jack in the box all of them.

Vivianna was very polite and sweet to talk to. Would love to come back and see again.

Workers not using gloves, dirty floors, didn’t take my order for 10 minutes even though the dining room and drive through were empty.
