Aqua Beach - Wildwood Crest

This place is an absolute mülldeponie. Don't stay here. the rooms are dirty. building is old and decrepit. the personal is ignorant. remove dirty leaves on the couch. they need to go to the laundry room to get their own towels, toilet paper, bed linen supplies. will never come back.

For a short and sweet vacation the Fiji room was very good. The front desk staff were friendly and outgoing. The location of the hotel to the beach and boardwalk was amazing. The cute little bagel spot right in the rear of the hotel was delicious. Highly recommend the Ice Latte, the cute little shops right at the wildwood crest sigh we’re good priced too. I definitely enjoyed the stay and will be back!.

If i could give zero stars I would.I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. When I first arrived I asked the front desk where I could park. The lady was disengaged in the conversation, doing a bunch of other things and told me to park on Morning Glory. I said are you sure there won't be any issues and it's free she agreed and carried on with the tasks she was completing. The next day I waschecking my car out and there was a ticket on it. I was very upset and reached out to the front desk. The assistant manager was kind and said the general manager would be in the office the next morning to accommodate the inconvenience. The next morning before checkout I went to discuss the matter and the general manager was not in. A different manager was there who was unprofessional and nasty. She said it was common sense not to park there. I am eight months pregnant and had so much anxiety over the ticket. Her response was uncalled for and she didn't apologize or own up to the staff for making a mistake. She said I lied and her staff would never say to park there.I would not recommend this hotel. Very poor service and not empathetic. It's not a vacation when you have to worry about a ticket. First and last time.

This was our third year at Aqua Beach. Exceeded our expectations for the third time. From the friendly staff always willing to help to the cleanliness of the entire resort, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The location is unbeatable as it's only steps from the boardwalk and the beach. Features a kids section of the pool which is great and our kids had so much fun playing making new friends. Pool toys are a great ice breaker for the kids.We have stayed in the larger room the past 2 years with the kitchenette section and the extra room with a couch TV. Perfect size for our family of 4. Also, their pricing is always reasonable they offer great deals certain weeks in the summer off-season. Aquabeach Hotel, please never change!

Great hotel. We stayed in the condos. Condo was clean and efficiently stocked. Private pool for condos only was a nice bonus. Beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of room. Easy check in. Will return!
