We were unable to visit during 2020 and 2021 due to travel restrictions, but were recently able to fall back to lunch. Very happy to say that the salads are still beautifully presented and fresh as can be, Cordon bleu tasty and juicy and I was especially happy to experience that the entrecote with herbal butter slowly melt up one of the best is to eat happy enough. Ambros has a special talent and passion for excellent food in this rather remote valley of Switzerland called Lotschental. If you're in or near the valley...
Excellent as always. Especially we enjoyed the new interior much brighter. Meat of excellent quality as we are used to. I can recommend that the wine soup give it a try!
Seven of us for dinner and for two of us the 10th visit. If you are a meat lover Entrecôte. Stop. Best everywhere. Also really well prepared salads for the table with cured meat from the valley. The Cordon Blue also got the big thumbs from all who ordered it. Throw the usual visit from the owner chef to any table in the decor as well as the excellent selection of liquors in the offer and it is an excellent number 10. If you are in the Lötschental, this is the place to go and eat.
Super lammrack and entrecote perfectly roasted. very fresh salad and good wine card. local as well as terrace more need to be used and not on the height of the food.
