Frog Pond Pub Pizzeria - Wilkes Barre

The service was excellent, but it was surprisingly slow for a Saturday night with only one other table occupied. The food was good, and I personally enjoyed the red sauce more than the white sauce on the pizza. I found the white sauce to be a bit bland. Although I didn't try them myself, my dining companion said the traditional wings were excellent. Overall, we had a positive experience.

The food is good, they have a decent selection of beers, and the staff is friendly. I regret not trying this place sooner. There is parking on the side of the building, and make sure to use the side door as the front is always locked!

It has a welcoming neighborhood vibe and a straightforward menu featuring classic bar food like burgers, pizza, and wings. We were greeted promptly when we arrived around 6:45 and seated right away. I ordered a dozen wings, half with sweet and sassy sauce and half with Kickin' Bourbon. The wings were plump and juicy, with the bourbon sauce really standing out. My girlfriend had the chicken tenders, which were crispy on the outside and tender inside, though the fries were a bit overdone. The restaurant has a homey feel, with two separate dining rooms and a bar area. The service was efficient and friendly, adding to the laid-back atmosphere. Tasty pizza with sweet sauce. Have to try other products. They have double crust white too, which I'll try next time. Parking lot across the street needs to be grated or paved.

Ordered red garlic wings, waffle fries, and a small round pie. Orange crush and cherry kiss for drinks. The drinks weren’t bad but they weren’t exactly good either. Orange crushes are supposed to be made with fresh OJ but you can tell it wasn’t. The waffle fries and cheese were really good, good flavor and nicely cooked. The wings were nice and crispy without being over cooked. Sauce was good too. The pie was ok. Wasn’t a fan of the sauce. Had a good crust but the bottom was too soggy. They had 1 guy working the bar and being a server so service was on the slow side
