Umami Gorilla - Wilkes-Barre

During a recent trip with my wife and kids, we stumbled upon this restaurant. The location was great and easy to find, with plenty of parking available. The portion sizes were huge and the food was delicious. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about their customers. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this restaurant. We tried multiple desserts and loved the lemon turnover and iced carrot cake cookie. It's a shame we don't live closer, as I would definitely be a regular customer.

I highly recommend trying anything the staff suggests at this restaurant! The food is incredibly delicious, thoughtful, and creative. Make sure to also try the ice cream and take some cookies to go - you won't be disappointed. This place is a hidden gem, thank you to the wonderful staff. We were in town for just one night and had not eaten meal all day. Eyes were definitely larger than tummy. This all vegan casual dining spot was just what we wanted. The staff was great and helpful.
