Chick-fil-a - Wilkesboro

We visited the Chick-fil-A in North Wilkesboro this past weekend for a family reunion. We decided to stop by for a quick meal on our way, and it met my expectations perfectly. The service was fast and friendly, and they were genuinely happy to have us there. Of course, the food was fantastic! I tried the Autumn Milkshake for the first time, and it was absolutely incredible! If we find ourselves in that area again, we will definitely stop by!

After waiting for a while, a young man approached our table to check if everything was okay. I informed him that we were still waiting for my friend's sandwich. We eventually received it, but it took quite some time. While the staff was friendly, I'm not sure if I would return. I should have taken a photo of the incident, but out of respect for the staff, I kept it to myself to avoid causing a scene.

I stopped in for lunch on August 31st, arriving five minutes early before service began. The woman at the drive-thru took my order and instructed me to park out front, promising that they would bring my order out to me. I parked and waited, noticing that several other orders were being delivered, but no one came to my car with mine. After waiting an additional ten minutes, I decided to go inside to inquire about my order. They informed me that my meal had been given to the wrong person and subsequently processed a new order for me. It seems like they could improve their system for identifying which car is supposed to receive each order.

We pulled into parking lot 10 minutes before closing. Staff still on duty, friendly, had everything we wanted available, unlike other fast food restaurants that are ready to go home 20 minutes before closing. So pleased with the service and the food isalways super good, hot and fresh!!

Service was fast and friendly. I would give five stars, but tonight was about the third time I've been through the drive-thru lately and didn't get any straws. It's a little hard to drink a milkshake in the car without a straw.
