We were told our order would take 6 minutes because they were making fresh chicken.... around 15 minutes later got up and asked and found our order was missed, they had no clue what we had ordered. Around another 10 minutes later we received our combo from the girl doing the cleaning who practically tossed the bag at us with a bad attitude. The burgers looked stale and were missing the bacon and cheese that they were supposed to have. We asked for our money back. Best experience was that they gave us our money back quickly with what it looked like a sincere apology.

I after being asked into going here with my husband I think 1 star is too much. After 30 minutes waiting for our food, with no other customers in the store we discovered that 1/2 the order had been sitting on the cold counter getting cold and the other 1/2 still wasn't completed yet. Decided to ask for refund. It took another 10 minutes to get our refund. The whole restaurant was dirty. Tables and chairs were sticky, the bathroom dirty. I wouldn't recommend that Burger King ever. NEVER experienced that frustration at BK before.
Stopped here early evening on a Sunday. Staff was friendly but two of the three seemed pretty junior. They attended to us quickly but hand off of food from kitchen was slow and soda machine was out of ice and soda and rest room needed attention.
