Id give less than one star if i could ! Am embarrassed to admit I eat there honestly due to the sanitary condition and outdated design of the store I've also Frequently went to visit the williams lake location to find they've closed early and are never open during they're stated business hours I'd honestly recommend anyone who frequents this location to contact corporate like i have so a quality assurance representative comes to take a look to fix the poor management and lack of proper training and customer service also all i see is terrible reviews with similar issues which must cause alot of business and revenue loss

Staff was super awesome, friendly and helpful. Store looked clean, food was good.

We have kept trying this KFC, each time, in hope of a decent change! Whatever happened to that wonderful KFC taste(? Did management change the recipe(? The chicken is dry inside and greasy outside, it does not really have a taste, other than possibly old grease.The poutine has absolutely no taste at all! There is no friendliness from any of the staff. If you pay with debit, you are forced to tip! The place is not clean, the floor is so greasy it’s hard to believe that nobody has fallen! In my opinion, they should be forced out of business and replaced with someone that would actually really bring KFC back to how it should be!!

Ordered 3 pc chicken dinner. Charged 75.00, clerk would not give us overcharged amount stating she had no money in till.beware of overcharging , no customer service here ,. Only an overcharge on a 3 pc meal.
