For dinner I had the loaded baked potato with brisket, pork and smoked sausage and it was fantastic. My wife had the Brisket dinner. The brisket was very delicate and tasteful. The Cornbread was sweet and some of the best Cornbreads I ever had in a restaurant. And the potato salad was also delicious. Another person in our party had the first-class Rib Dip Sandwich and they loved it. In terms of drinks they have a soda fountain and you serve. Some may not like that, but I had nothing to do with it and my children loved it. It was actually somehow refreshing able to refill our own glasses and not need to refill the server every time my kids needed another root beer in their incredibly small Kid size cups.
The atmosphere was great. Live music with a talented singer/songwriter/guitarist with a Comedic Streak. The food was okay. It smells better with the huge smokers when we happened earlier on the day than what was translated into food. We got the pulled pig and Bbq chicken. Our server was great, answered questions and was personal. At night, Neon made dinner. Would only recommend for this alone.
The ambience is cool. Wife and I have burgers. I ordered the carnivore. Burger with pulled pork and brisket! All the meat made it a little dry, but I definitely had more Mayo. Or a great meal. Shoes with fries, not my favorite. Come back.
Great experience with good service, good food, great weather for outdoor dining and live entertainment on the terrace. Our burgers were cooked over the most pleasant medium I found in a restaurant. Many other places just burn them up to do, regardless of how you wanted it. The frits or onion rings are served in these mini-freyer baskets, making a funny turn. I recommend the onion rings, they were with the Brisket Burger I had. If I could change one thing on this burger, I would give the Koleslaw a little more character by adding a little more mayonnaise and black pepper. There may be other/similar places in Williams to eat a good meal, but we saw this place first, and it was not disappointed. Bonus feature: the men bathroom partitions and stands were made from car doors and truck tailgates. Very funny surprise if you don't expect it. If they had a gear box sink, it would just hit the cake.
This was a really fun place for a quick bite after visiting the Grand Canyon! Very family friendly! What a great atmosphere! There was live music and friendly staff! The service was exceptional! The food was ok. We were seated outdoors on our request but when the only heater went out (out of 4 heaters- only one working) we asked to sit inside. The decorations are a throwback of the hay days of route 66! Even down to the bathrooms! Hahaha! This made for a fun visit with the kids!
