Pizza Factory - Williams

We tried to eat here today, very rude, and went very well. we waited 18 minutes before we asked if we could get our own drinks and she said she will do it when she is ready! she made pizza dripping sweat from her face over eating, at one point I saw her choose her wedgie with the same hand she pizza with ... no! unnecessary to say we have gone and called the local health department!

The food and the hire were good, the maintenance and the service was moderate. we went in and there was a guy who had eaten a sandwich. we didn't know if we were to sit or order, so we went to the counter. the person behind the counter immediately said it will be 30 minutes for food. as if they try to free us from eating. I said that was good and she played with us. I got some menus and we set ourselves to see them. we went up and put our order and they gave us 4 times and no beer. 15 minutes after sitting I went up and asked for my beer and finally got it. the food took about 20 minutes, no problem for pizza. it was good. I have the meat lovers, the woman got a veggie pizza and the daughter got pfefferoni. my other daughter has a sandwich she loved, and my son got the spaghetti and meatballs. the food was good, we would eat it again, but the service was not good.

Pizza was amazing and they are able to churn it out incredibly fast while you wait. We ordered a salad with our pizza but it was missing half the toppings advertised. The bathroom door didn't latch closed. So, online to-go might be the way to order here. Pizza is definitely worth it.

Actually did not get to the food part. Walked in at 7:30, they are open till 8, but told they would no longer take eat in customers and only take out. Well they lost our business of 6 people. Horrible way to run a business. Would not recommend. Bad customer service

It took as a long time to get the pizza, but this was the only thing bad about it! It's awesome! Such a nice dough and taste! It's hard to find good pizzas for the Brazilian taste here in the US, and this one was a good surprise.
