Pizza Factory - Williams

This was our second visit to this restaurant. The first time, it was a 5-star experience (food, service, atmosphere - everything was perfect). We loved it. However, on our most recent visit, we didn't enjoy it as much. Everything seemed off. I won't go into specifics, but we were not impressed. Therefore, the next time we are in town (escaping the heat from the Phoenix area), we will try other restaurants. If they offer gluten-free options, that's a plus. We are not opposed to returning in the future, as we understand that even the best places can have an off day. I would give it a 3.5-star rating if I could.

Extremely poor customer service! I was looking forward to eating at a pizza place, especially since it was where I used to work (in a different town). We placed a takeout order but then asked if we could sit and eat after confirming there was plenty of available seating. The woman assisting us agreed, so I made sure to buy drinks and leave a tip. However, the woman standing next to her gave me a hostile stare. When I realized my salad was missing, she ignored me until someone else helped me. When we started eating, the salad I had ordered only had a few vegetables, so my mom went to the salad bar to get more. Suddenly, the woman at the front started talking and told my mom she couldn't take anything from the salad bar, even though we had paid for a salad. This experience was extremely disappointing and I definitely won't be returning.

Pizza was amazing and they are able to churn it out incredibly fast while you wait. We ordered a salad with our pizza but it was missing half the toppings advertised. The bathroom door didn't latch closed. So, online to-go might be the way to order here. Pizza is definitely worth it.

Actually did not get to the food part. Walked in at 7:30, they are open till 8, but told they would no longer take eat in customers and only take out. Well they lost our business of 6 people. Horrible way to run a business. Would not recommend. Bad customer service

It took as a long time to get the pizza, but this was the only thing bad about it! It's awesome! Such a nice dough and taste! It's hard to find good pizzas for the Brazilian taste here in the US, and this one was a good surprise.
