Rick Gonzalez is the owner operator at this local food truck and is definitely worth a stop. We both had some asian chicken Mongolian and teriyaki bowls, which were quite good. He also does chicken tacos and quesadillas, which smell amazing.

It's a food truck with atmosphere! I had the chicken quesadilla with fresh cilantro. Wonderful! Owners are very friendly and proud of their food. Right off I-40 exit 163 in front of Quality Inn.Must try!

One of the best food trucks I've been to! Amazingly good teriyaki chicken bowl and a drink for a great price! I'll definitely be back to try the others.

We had a hard time finding them because they’ve moved to a red food truck located at Pine and Railroad . We called and drove over. Friendly owner let us taste before ordering to be sure it wasn’t too spicy for us. Ordered Crème Jalapeño and Mongolian. Delicious!
