We would not go to this location again. We ordered at the kiosk and took a number as indicated. The kiosk did not give a receipt. Another customer told us it had been out of paper for months. It took 29 minutes to get our food. According to the kiosk, the food was going to be brought to our table; however, the employee called our number and my boyfriend went up to get our food. A review of our order, indicates my daughter was given white milk instead of the chocolate that was ordered. There was also mustard on the top of her hamburger bun. My sandwich was luke warm. If this had been our first visit to a McDonald's we would never go again.

McDonald’s lost a customer for life today. Not only will I never return this location I’ll never return to any of their locations.Ordered ahead on the mobile app, wasn’t ready when I got there. (This has happened more than once. Then they would not refund the purchase when I told them I wanted my money back. They said since it was ordered through the app I would have to call for a refund. The app has a multitude of options, but none of them are requesting a refund. Here’s a company that’s grown too big and is hopeless out of touch with their customer. I will never return.
This McDonald’s I’ve tried multiple times while living here, and I’m reluctant to leave bad reviews, but this one I think warrants it. Every time I’ve gone here across a 7 month span, something has been broken. I walk inside to place an order at the counter and no one is ever there. I’ll stand there for 15 minutes while employees serve the drive thru, but ignore the interior. I’m just disappointed at this point.
