This Wendy’s needs to get its act together. Every time I go they miss something in the order. Only this location. Sauce and drink this time. I need to just drive to the farther away one instead to avoid this
Ordered 2 kids meals, JR cheeseburger and a chili through drive thru. I was rung up incorrectly and was given a bacon jr cheese burger, 2 kids meals and was refused a receipt and was refused to have my order corrected when I addressed it at the window. The guy at the window literally said “I can’t ring you up for the chili because I’m on a timer” when I addressed my order was wrong.I also tried to call and the person who answered suddenly claimed they couldn’t hear me so I gave up and just hung up the phone. Very poor customer service on their handling of THEIR MIStake. I also was not given a receipt, so I have no clue if I was overcharged, the incorrect cheeseburger was clearly sitting a while as it was warm/cool and no straws were given for the drinks.One positive thing I will say is the guy at the window was overall polite despite being refused to have my order corrected at the window when I addressed it.
Everyone was really nice and the food tastes great. A big chunk of my order was forgotten. Tried to call back tonight, but the staff was slammed. Polite, but busy. I will update tomorrow after I speak with a shift manager at a less crazy time.
It's possibly the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I've never seen an employee reach in the bag, look around, and pull something out. By the way, no glove. They have the kiosk, which I don't mind, but that's not a reason to completely ignore all the customers inside the restaurant, and I'm using that term loosely.
