Contribuisci feedbackThe front desk staff is what stood out during our stay. From check-in, receiving clean towels to check-out, the front desk staff displayed great customer services. The hotel is OLD/outdated and needs a major renovation. Although it was clean-looking, the rooms and bathroom are outdated. The bolts that holds the toilet down is brown and rusty; toilet seat is very low. The ceiling above the shower had mold stains. Of the 4 rooms I booked, one of them had mold on the air-condition. We didn't enjoy the breakfast; after the 1st morning, we ate out. My family and I made the best of it, but will not stay there again, UNLESS upgrades are made. Your get what you pay for, and indeed we did. Oh, another thing that stood out, HOT WATER. We had plenty of hot water. Again, you get what you pay. BUT a BIG WOO HOO to the staff!!
Customer Satisfaction Points -Fluent faxing and business services. -Moderately trained housekeeping staff. -Well established brand name affiliation. -Fully operational and equipped for customer comfortability.
Expected more from a Wyndham. Room was comfortable, but looked like recently repainted and not a very good job with paint splashed on the floor and not clean lines. Breakfast wasn't great. Only 1 fruit option, no yogurt, no oatmeal. Hot food was cold.
After seeing all of the negative reviews, I was skeptical about my reservations and had made alternate plans just in case the reviews were accurate. However, my stay WAS NOT bad! I reserved 2 rooms for a 4 day stay. The beds were comfortable and clean in both rooms. I did not notice any bugs in the rooms. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The pool was clean and warm, but they are adamant about it closing at 10! The hot water worked a little too well and was sufficient in both roomsThe only negative comments I have is the cosmetics in my bathrooms in both rooms could use a paint touch up, the stopper in the bath tub did not work in one room, the ice maker on my floor did not work, the TV in one room had to be reset multiple times, the back to the remote was missing and was replaced with tape, and the batteries in the remotes to both rooms were weak. There was a reoccurring issue with my key card almost daily during my stay which was annoying because the first occurrence happened around 9:30 at night and the staff did not check my ID (when I had it with me) and provided new key cards, the second occurrence happened the next day and the same associate assisted me as the night before but asked for my ID around 2 pm (which I did not have at this time, which frustrated me because the night before could have been a random person gaining access to my room while I was sleeping which was a safety concern) and the same day when I returned to my room around 8:30pm my key cards stopped working again. The overall experience was great besides the issues mentioned.
Absolutely terrible. Very outdated bathrooms, rooms, t.v. you couldn't watch. Carpet dirty. Wash cloths had us itching. Breakfast needs work. Elevator smells like a fire. Over priced. You will itch for days and not sleep comfortably. Stay somewhere else.Rooms: 1/5
