Papa John's Pizza - Williamson

This is hands down the worst pizza place in the Griffin/Koch area. Every time I order delivery, it takes much longer than the promised hour. My order is always messed up, and when I go in to fix it, all the employees are just standing around on their phones and don't pay any attention.

Great customer service at this Papa John?s location in Williamson. We love the thin crust pizza with our favorite toppings. Always a great experience.

I was unable to place an online order because the website was down. Unfortunately, when I inquired about a special price, they refused to honor it as it was only available for online orders—there seems to be a problem with that policy. I also requested the corporate number, but none of the staff could provide it since it's a franchise. Overall, the customer service was terrible!

I accidentally ordered a pizza from the wrong Papa John's, and they graciously issued me a refund!

I ordered a medium pizza, 8 wings, 3 ranch sauces, and a 2-liter Pepsi. Instead, I received a small pizza along with the wings. I called the store, and the woman on the line was incredibly rude, acting as if I had done something wrong, and she hung up on me. Frustrated, I drove to the store to request a refund for the items I didn’t receive. The woman there told me she didn’t have to refund my money and insisted that I leave. Just as I was about to walk out, she came around the counter and got uncomfortably close, making threats. I've never had an experience like this before, especially since I've ordered from there several times. What a shocking experience!
