Contribuisci feedbackI placed an order at 6 pm and the app said there would be a 16-minute wait. I arrived at 6:36 pm and signed for the pizza. I was informed that it was in the oven and would be another 5 minutes. I went inside at 6:49 pm and was told that there was no order and they had no pizza. I explained that I had already signed for it. I was then informed that the order had been sent to another Papa John's. Finally, they found the order and refunded it. They offered to make the food but I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes, having already waited an hour at that point. I was told that the app is inaccurate and cannot be trusted. The staff was rude. I will never go back to this restaurant. They have lost a customer of 7 years.
My wife and I discovered a hair in our pizza the last time we ordered from Papa Johns (last week). It was absolutely disgusting. She found it after we had already eaten some of the pizza. I have deleted the app and we will never dine at Papa Johns again. We have decided to stop eating processed food altogether. It is not healthy, even without the addition of unexpected toppings like the one we found in our pizza from Papa Johns.
I was given partially eaten food at this restaurant. The manager was threatening and mentioned his background in the military, warning me not to return.
I have been trying to get a pizza from this restaurant for the past two weeks because the manager promised it to me after they messed up my order. Every time I call, they put me on hold and never come back. So tonight, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I brought the phone with me and drove to the restaurant. I explained the situation to the staff and mentioned that I had been on hold for 15 minutes. They finally made the pizza for me, but the manager seemed very angry, and I couldn't help but wonder if they added something extra to it because of his hostile attitude. Even though I enjoy Papa John's pizza, I will not be giving them any more of my business. They really need to improve their management, hire more staff, and consider removing Derrick as the manager.
I do not recommend this particular franchise. The last two times we visited, there were issues with our orders being incorrect. During our most recent visit, I personally called in an order for pick up: two large Works pizzas, one with regular crust and one with thin crust. However, as shown in the attached photos, the thin crust pizza was actually a cheese pizza. When I called to resolve the issue and speak with the owner, he tried to convince me that it was our fault and referred to their policy of correcting mistakes on the day they occur. He also mentioned a policy and sign regarding customers checking their orders before leaving. In addition to the wrong pizza, we also discovered that a garlic dipping sauce was missing at the drive-through window. The owner offered us half off our next order or the correct pizza for half price if we returned that day, even though we had already paid for the correct pizza. Since we live 22 miles away from the Papa John's location, we found this offer unreasonable. I contacted the franchise business director who promptly called me back and listened to our complaints about our last two visits. He offered a satisfactory resolution before I could even suggest one. Despite his generous offer, we have decided not to do business with Papa John's Pizza #4254 in Williamston, South Carolina again. The franchise business director assured me that he would address our issues with both owners and managers as a teaching opportunity. Only time will tell if any lessons are learned by the staff and owners. In conclusion, do business at this location at your own risk.
