Pizza Hut - WILLIAMSTON

AVOID AT ALL COSTS......Exercise caution when dining at the Pizza Hut in Williamston, North Carolina. They are prone to forgetting orders and have been known to advertise one price on the menu only to charge a completely different price.

I was staying at a hotel and decided to order delivery online from this restaurant. However, after waiting 30 minutes past the expected delivery time, I received a call saying the driver was running late and asking if I could pick it up instead. I agreed, but when I got the pizza, it was cold, overcooked, and dried out. It was a terrible experience and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

My daughter has had multiple orders messed up at this restaurant, despite working nearby. This time, she ordered from the $5 N' Up menu and got a P'zone and pasta. However, when she opened the P'zone box at home, there was no marinara sauce, making the P'zone very dry. When she called the restaurant for a refund, they insisted she bring the P'zone back. The manager accused her of lying about the missing sauce, causing my daughter great embarrassment. I will be contacting corporate to share my experience and will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

The key card featured an ad for delivery to the hotel by this Pizza Hut with its phone number boldly displayed. Since I had not yet had dinner I thought I would call them and have a meal delivered. When they answered the phone, I said I would like a delivery to my hotel, and they said We don 't deliver there. I was shocked and even said to the person that their ad was on the key card offering delivery to this hotel, and she once again repeated that they did not deliver there, Unbelievable! Guess what? Domino 's delivered. And if I am ever in Williamston desiring pizza there is no way I would step foot inside the Pizza Hut.

Very clean Pizza Hut with very good food! The staff were welcoming, polite, and tentative. Honestly one of the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in a restaurant. We went for the buffet and at first the food was a little limited but the second round was top notch. The owner and manager should be very proud of the crew and the operation at this location. Total worth going off the beaten path for. Only 4 stars because I personally think they could step up their game with the decor. Coming to a small town I would like to see a lot more local pictures and decorations to celebrate the local community.
