If you haven't been here, you have no idea what you are missing. The teas, shakes, waffles, donuts are amazing!! Great staff..very friendly. A must visit!

Upon arrival it was an easy in out parking lot. Once inside I was greeted by a very friendly woman that was more than happy to help me. I got one of the seasonal Christmas teas and I'm definitely glad I did, it was very refreshing! Will definitely be back when in the area again.

This is a great place for a healthy meal replacement! Awesome shakes/drinks, protein donuts, protein balls, oatmeal, cake pops! I have tried nearly everything on the menu and love it all. I highly recommend this
