The pump is a great place for any time of the day food is always great and they have almost anything you would need

I frequently get take out from pump and usually have a good experience and good food. Today using their computer in store to order I found out that even if you order a “BLT” you have to select the L AND THE T on the veggie menu as well or else all you get is some bread with bacon. Suffice it to say I’m disappointed :

Ice cream shop only takes cash. Went into store for the ATM= out of service. Went to purchase something and asked if they do cash back=Nope. Overall trash service.

Order 4 subs, two had barley any mayo, the new auto machine needs to have place for comments on what customer wants, like light lettuce, extra mayo. Been going there for yrs but quality has gone down hill. Please improve.

I will give it one more time. If it isn't any better it will be last time. I ordered a chicken salad sub. It was basically lettuce and a roll. Next time I said I will try meatball sub. Wish I had taken a picture of it. It was a roll, 3 meatballs in a large, melted cheese. No marinara sauce. I called when I got home asked for a manager. I told her the situation. She said sorry, nothing I can do. Poor customer relations.
