Great service. Food was excellent. Restaurant was very clean.

The staff were friendly. The service was excellent. Then everything else went south. The burger was nasty, didn 't eat it. The waitress noticed and asked why he didn 't eat the burger? We didn 't complain, but she sincerely wanted to know. It doesn 't taste good . She was quick to ask if we 'd like something else? No thank you we said. She immediatly offered to take it off the bill. Okay, thank you . Then the manager wanted to know what was wrong that the hamburger was not right. Couldn 't explain it, just didn 't taste good. Okay. fine, no problem. We both get home... hit the restroom...use your imagination. This is the fourth time we 've eaten here and this was the first time the food was BAD.

I had a wonderful experience last night at Local Grille at the Dome. The food was great, loved the beef on weck egg rolls, which are a must. The drinks were great and so was the Cuban sandwich and salad we ordered.

Food is always delicious here and my favorite thing is brunch. The grille makes the best brunch in WNY and my husband and I often enjoy a great breakfast after church. The service is good and it's never too crowded. Last time I ate here, I had a fish fry during lent and it was such a good beer battered fish! Sides are good too, even the cole slaw was good lol! I highly recommend their chicken wings here and they do take out! Crisp, big, juicy flats and drums and the flavors are bomb. The grille is just a great joint all around!
