We noticed that the sheets were dirty and the pull out couch had a pair of dirty socks from someone previous stay. We informed the front desk and they apologized and sent up a new set of sheets and said there was not housekeeping at that hour. The next morning I went down and explained the entire situation to the front desk and at about 11.45 am before leaving requested if the room could be cleaned and sheets could be changed. The lady at the front desk apologized for the experience and again apologized and assured me that it would be taken care off, I came back to the hotel around 6.45 pm that evening to see NOTHING was done. Again the front desk lady now has sent a fresh sheets as no housekeeping so “change it yourself” and bathroom is filthy dirty !!! This is the service they are charging you for $500/night. If the Hilton US management is reading this review, experiences like this damage the brand reputation. Spider webs on the windows , dirty sheets, filthy bathroom. I would not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel!!!!
First stay at a Hilton Tapestry Hotel. Very comfortable with nicely furnished room. Free parking is a nice feature. Only used the restaurant for breakfast. Food was good, but offerings limited and service a bit slow perhaps due to understaffing. Overall a good stay and would visit again.
When we were booking a hotel for a relative’s graduation, The Mosey was the same point value as the Hampton Inn down the street. Knowing this was once a Wyndham Garden, we decided to give it a try. The hotel looks very upscale from the exterior and lobby. While it shares a building with apartments, you would barely know it (if not for gated upper level parking and locked doors near the elevator requiring code access). The room was in great condition and very comfortable. The only complaint with the room was the AC shutting off in the middle of the night due to the motion sensor sitting up in bed and waving normally solved the issue but it was an annoyance. Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping was extremely friendly. We felt welcomed and at home. Breakfast was okay. Things were a bit pricey and nothing to write home about, but at least you got a decent amount of food. Unfortunately, for elite members with the $15 food credit, there is really only one item (a breakfast sandwich) that will fall within the credit by the time you add coffee and tax. There really should be more options that the credit can cover. Overall, we would return again but we would probably save the food credit for the bar and have breakfast at one of the places down the street.
I stayed here for a couple nights on a recent business trip. Check-in and parking were easy and it’s very near to the airport. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were huge. They could have used a little dusting off of things. The neighborhood is nice if you are a person that likes to walk.
Very spacious rooms with very comfortable beds! Folks at front reception were lovely when we arrived and we had breakfast the following morning at the Hooked restaurant. Evelyn at the restaurant was especially lovely and the breakfast was fantastic.
