The atmosphere could be better, hardly any decoration except old photos and if you didn't grow up here you wouldn't know who people are or what their about Kid-friendliness: Has highchairs Wheelchair accessibility: Yes and on 1st floor

We always enjoy Jim's grill, whether it's a call in to go order or to go in and sit down and have a meal. We always leave full and happy about the service and food!

I tried to call an order in for 45 minutes and later found that the staff had the phone off the hook after they had 6 orders in. Who does that? Jim's Grille used to serve a great breakfast. But no longer. Today, I had the special, which was catfish. The catfish piece was small and the best part of the serving was the very small hushpuppies. If things don't change, I would recommend going to Floyd or Christiansburg for a meal.

Last few times I've been here the food hasn't been good. The burger patties are similar to McDonald's, as opposed to the high quality beef sold right next door. And certainly they pale in comparison to anything one would make at their own home. You feel weird even eating it. They messed up the order. Weird. I'm not trying to be rude, I just want restaurants to take pride in the food they serve

Good food and the best people. The prices won't break the bank.
