Cugini's Italian Bistro - Williston

This will be the last time my wife and I visit this restaurant. We were both very disappointed with the service and the food. My wife ordered a vegetarian pasta, while I had an overcooked pizza dish. Unfortunately, both meals were subpar! I have worked in numerous restaurants across the country, installing networks for POS systems and cameras, and I can confidently say that this place is the worst I've encountered. I hope the owner sees this and realizes that improvements are desperately needed.

I drove over an hour only to find it closed. They really need to update their online hours of operation. It was very disappointing.

The owner of the restaurant is incredibly friendly; I've never felt so welcomed at any establishment before, especially with the owner personally coming out to greet us. The atmosphere was inviting enough to make us want to return, but then the food arrived and it was absolutely delicious! If you're searching for a top-notch Italian restaurant, this is the place to go! It was so delightful that we will definitely be back soon! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

I heard this place is pricey but for the quality of food that you get it is worth every penny. Gluten free options are fantastic and certainly great for Tuscan style! Wait staff is friendly and attentive and if I find myself in Wiliston ND in the future I will be stopping by again.

This restaurant should have been bustling on a Friday night! I had my own wine tasting right at my table and got to mix my own glass! What an amazing experience. I'm looking forward to Sunday brunch!
