Bangkok Pho Thai Food Express - Willits

The food at this restaurant is hit or miss. While some dishes are well-prepared, authentic, and quite tasty, others fall flat. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is a significant issue. The restaurant feels dirty, with unsanitary conditions visible throughout. You'll find that your arms stick to the tables, which are both grimy and lacking in tablecloths or paper coverings. Additionally, there's a persistent unpleasant odor reminiscent of a rundown bar, making for an uninviting atmosphere. Clearly, the management lacks the necessary skills to run a proper dining establishment. Although there is some culinary talent on display, it is overshadowed by a disappointing disregard for cleanliness and customer experience.

I had a fantastic experience meeting the owners of the restaurant. The wife was especially friendly and engaged in conversation with our whole family after we enjoyed their delicious Pho. Everything was excellent, particularly the shrimp spring rolls served with homemade peanut sauce! This place is a perfect stop for a long trip heading north, and they offer great vegetarian options as well. The outdoor seating is lovely, and the indoor area is very clean.

This restaurant is a fantastic stop between Willits and MacKerricher State Park. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly couple and presented with a full menu. They recommended the green curry and silver noodles, which turned out to be both healthy and deliciously spicy. We also enjoyed the hot, fried wonton appetizers—they were quite tasty! The prices were reasonable, and there was street parking available. The atmosphere was simple, and the restrooms were clean, shared with a pub located behind the building.

Vegetarian alert!!! This humble town has this gem I may say, this is the best Vegetarian broth used for my Vegetarian pho.it is an intimidating big bowl of goodness but believe me even a small lady with a small tummy ate it all.sos o good. Juicy shrimp coconut is a good side dish for this soup that made me sweet. You can tell people respect the food they serve. Kudos to the chef..good good job!! To the gentleman that took good care of our order and make sure everything we neednis on the table..thank you sit! If I can give you 20 stars ,I will. Highly recommended

Worst thai food that i had. The pho soup is same as Tom yum soup that is a nono
