Charlotte's Ice Cream - Willoughby

I want to add that I've successfully ordered this combination multiple times before without any issues. I understand it's not the same as soft serve, and I was completely fine with that. I simply wanted the standard toppings that come with a banana split, not just a single cup of ice cream. Your attitude was incredibly dismissive, and even my friends were taken aback by how I was treated. As someone who works in food service, I know that’s not how to treat customers. I wasn't asking for anything extravagant—just ice cream in a bowl with a banana, chocolate sauce, and pineapple on top. I apologize if that was too much of an inconvenience. I've been a loyal customer for years, but after this experience, I can't see myself returning for such a simple request. I usually recommend this place to others, but now I’ll have to seek out another establishment that prioritizes customer accommodation. Although I live nearby and appreciate the good prices and convenience, I guess it’s time to find a different place that values its customers better. Even the four other people in line with me were willing to wait for my order. It’s disappointing to see such a rude response to a review as well.

This fantastic locally-owned stand offers reasonable prices and often features Dole Whip. It's definitely worth visiting multiple times throughout the summer!

It's always one of our must-visit stops during our summer bike rides for ice cream. It never disappoints!

Horrible customer service, ontop of that they treat their workers horribly, wait was too long. hope they can improve on the way they choose to manage their business, inside and outside.
