Texas Roadhouse - Willoughby

After waiting an hour to be seated, when we were told it would be thirty minutes. We got greeted by the waitress pretty quickly but after giving our drink an Appetizer order, We waited quite a while close to 10 minutes, got our mixed drinks from the bar, but still didn't get our water and sprite drinks we asked for. When she finally brought the drinks, She forgot one of the drinks and it was another several minutes for that drink to come out. She took our food order after finally bringing out that last drink, It was close to another hour before a food came out. The only reason I am giving this review three stars is because the food actually was really good. From the time we walked in at 3:43pm p.m., we left at 637 p.m., which was almost 3 hours for 4 people, which is a little ridiculous. If you have plenty of time to waste on dinner, then this is the place to go. Good food but very slow service.

If the service had been better it would have been a wonderful evening.

My waiter was awesome... Spencer is highly recommended ask for him and he won't steer u wrong he was fast and prompt on our drinks and always kept fresh bread on the table .. food was amazing, deff coming back asap ?

The food was great. The best steak I had in a long time.

Regular customer at this place, its always been good but last night I was seated and the waiter got us our drinks and never came back. 25 Minutes later I had to get up and ask someone else waiter to get us bread that she never gave us as our current waiter doesn't bother to check in at all for nearly half an hour.
