Great service from staff and a very clean atmosphere ???? ???? food is good for what you pay

I work in the mall and only have this issue when i do online orders but? i ordered a grilled spicy chicken sandwich and this it the third time I?ve ordered and got a regular chicken sandwich. Do better. That?s it?s that?s all.

My fries were brown and disgusting and my chicken strips were burnt. Overall the food wasn?t good.

I just got the worst Cobb salad from chick fila at the Willow Grove Mall. There was no cheese or bacon. The lettuce was slimy and wet. The service was horrible, kids just standing around doing nothing. Very disappointing, I will not visit that locationagain.

My order was wrong and took a long time. No one was really paying attention to the guests and more to the other coworkers. This used to be an amazing store but it just changed in the last couple months may not comeback
