Dunkin' - Willow Grove

The sign says this Dunkin closes at 8:00 pm on Thursday. But when I got here at 7:10 pm on that day, the doors were closed and blocked off. The staff refused to acknowledge us. Overall very unprofessional.

It?s 6:05 PM they?re supposed to be up until 7 PM. The employees are inside. The doors doors are locked. It?s been happening a lot since Covid. Can be a real problem depending on how far away you live or what kind of store it is.

Slow service, orders made incorrectly often. The night staff does okay but the morning staff can't seem to ever get it right. 0 stars if i could. There was a heavyset mixed race employee who made my drink wrong and refused to fix it. Check my reviews I dooften positively review places but this location simply couldn't meet even basic standards.

Stopped in to grab an avocado toast Already had coffee from previous DD run and had the NERVE to ask them to top it off because it had gotten cold Nicest staff ever did it without hesitation as a matter of fact with a smile and my avocado toast wasDELICIOUS

I love the people here..esp the guy taking orders from drive through in the morning. What a pleasant guy. And super organized and personable. He is fast like he works on Wall Street. Just a very well run machine at that location. I do think they may needanother person for walk ins at times.
