Dunkin' - Willow Grove

I will never return to this location again. I visited today and ordered a large pumpkin spice latte. When I opened the cup, I noticed it was only filled two-thirds of the way.

My only complaint is that there is very little to no cream cheese on the bagels. I don't even bother asking for extra cream cheese because it seems there isn't any available. The service is...

I can't even count how many times I've visited this Dunkin' and ended up with the wrong items in my order when I got home.

Yeaaa there is a reason this place is never busy. Owners need to train their personel on how to make specialty drinks. Last time im going here. To many Dunkin around for third chances.

I ordered three jelly doughnuts, but when I got home, I realized they weren’t in the bag. I reached out to the manager, who told me to return the next day to pick them up. When I went back the following day, I received my doughnuts, but when I got home, I discovered I had been given three glazed doughnuts instead of the jelly ones I ordered. Their customer service was quite poor, and the staff’s English was not very good. I would suggest finding another store if you want to ensure your order is correct.
