Jamba - Willow Grove

This place is amazing! It's hands down the best Jamba Juice I've ever visited. That’s all there is to say!

Courteous staff and clean store. I enjoy their smoothies with protein added.

I love Jamba Juice. This Jamba is great making them. My issue with this Jamba in particular is that when I order via the app they never get the order. Always saying they don't have Wi-Fi. This is an idiotic, easily fixed, no brainer by owner or mgmt. I don't live close to this Jamba, but it's the only one on my way to and from work so I'm usually passing through and don't want to wait which is why I order ahead, but still have to wait for it because they never get the order. Several times now. I'm about to stop ordering and find something else. Update: The last few times I've ordered there had been no issue. Guessing they finally updated internet because my order has been ready every time. ?

I?ve been meaning to come to this place after work for a while. I came today, a Wednesday, at around 5:20pm to find the doors locked. Their hours are posted on the door outside as open until 6pm. I went back to my car and a few minutes later a staff member posted a sign on the door saying to place all orders online. I thought this was all pretty inconvenient, and strange. The sign probably should?ve been there from the start, or the store shouldn?t be open in my opinion. I can?t speak for the smoothies themselves yet, but beware you might be locked out during their regular business hours. Hopefully this isn?t the case in the future, as I really did want to enjoy their smoothies!

Had a small problem reading the signage to see what was added to the drinks as I am allergic to many fruits and have to make sure. The young lady who waited on me was not friendly at all until I put money in the tip jar and then she was all sweet. There was only 1 person ahead of me so its not like she was overwhelmed with orders. Maybe smile more and answer questions without sounding so superior. People have allergies, so sometimes 1 or 2 questions get asked.
