Master Wok - Willow Grove

The service at this restaurant is slow and the portion size was disappointingly small. I ordered chicken with broccoli and it was not enough for a full meal.

This restaurant is a great spot to grab a quick and affordable meal. The food is delicious and you get a good amount for the price.

Today, I dined at this restaurant and ordered my food at the entrance. The total amount was $11.50, but when I checked my card statement, they had charged me $14.56. I didn't bring it up at the restaurant and only realized it when I got home. I was confused as to why there was a price discrepancy.

SCAM ALERT!Do not use a card here! I bought food here and gave the cashier my card, she claimed it didn’t swipe so she swiped again and said it was my card so I gave her another card. She said it didn’t go through but the other one did one time. I looked at my bank accounts in the phone and all 3 times she swiped I got charged! The manager, Judy, told me to call if I didn’t get my money back. I didn’t so I called and they never answer the phone.

I found a huge roach in my food yesterday, it was in my broccoli and was not cooked in with the food. Being the nice person that I am I tried to be polite about it I showed them the huge bug in my food and explained that I had to feed my children the refused me my money back for over 20minutes then told me I could only get exchange for new food which of course I did not want or fill out a refund form. I explained that have my own business and that customers always come first and to try and give me a head to over a 20 dollar refund was completely disturbing. I also told them that they needed to empty all of the food before serving other customers and they refused that as well. The lady had the nerve to ask me after I shouted her the queen size roach “well was there anymore or just one” i couldn’t believe the belittlement. Finally after 20min and getting her manager on the phone they finally gave me 20 cash back with no apology! Disgusted! Will never eat from here again and have called the Montgomery county health department earlier this morning to report them. So sad I feel like if I maybe a minority the treatment would of been much different! I will try and post picture of the bug as well, please educate yourselves because money is everything to a lot of business at the cost of the health of our communities sadly. I only put one star because I Cannot post comment with zero stars.
