Ooka Japanese Sushi Hibachi Steak House

This place is absolutely amazing. From top to bottom. From service to ambiance to the FRESH fish and incredible sushi. We sat at the sushi bar as we were a walk-in on a busy Saturday night. Watching the sushi chefs do their thing was a treat to see. Mind you they are awesome at their jobs. The plating of the food has a lot of attention to detail. As for the food itself, this is hands down the ONLY sushi restaurant I've been to in the local area that's neck and neck with Oshi in Newtown. Fish was super fresh and tasted incredible. Price wise there a little on the hirer end but nothing crazy. You also are getting what you pay for and this place might be over the top with everything but the price is reasonable. I will most definitely be coming back and would recommend for you to go if your looking for a good date night or some super tasty sushi.

It was very busy restaurant. The quality of the fish was good and the server was very nice. There were hibachi grill on the other side of the restaurant and seems like people were enjoying it. We ordered lobster dynamite roll which was great. Specially the sauce was blend well with the sweet potato fries on the top of the roll. Sushi sashimi combo was good too. It came with variety of fishes. It was fresh and chewy. Overall, it was great place for sure.:

I love this restaurant. Food is fresh. Best beef negamaki I have ever had. I will not order this anywhere else now. The food presentation is so beautiful. Service is good. You can get in and out as quick or as slow as you like. Their lunch bento boxes are a great deal. If in the area they add this to your list.
