I tried this year again, my mistake! rick, the superior/manager, after what he said he had no NO badges with his name or title after he had messed up our order, we did not get all the articles. we drove back to the restaurant where rick asks me what I want, I said I want a part of the gelding back because my family did not have all this tonight and we drove back because of its mistake. he asked me three times what I want. every time I said that I think a part of the geld, and mr. rick said evey time, what? 4. times my son, a part of the geld back, and herr rick replied with another question again how much was the desert? come on, you work there, not we to ask ourselves what is the price of the desert! I have understood, mr. rick has no intention to make that right for his mistake, and I thought maybe he needs my gloomy and my money tonight more than I, I turn around him again asking them are the manager, he said yes, and I went. is also a strategy. was so easy, just to say no problem, how did they pay, we will compensate them because they drove back and they did not have all the items, but is very hard when nobody teaches them how to do it! no workout! last year: the meat was undercooked and the ribs dried, the side was very small
The only reason why this gets a 2 star is because of the waitress that was amazing and sweet. Apart from that, this place is terrible and would not recommend. the food was obviously boiled in the microwave and then on the grill to char(burn.) it was over dry and almost non-edible. the steak in the image should be moderately rare and you can see that it was beyond the medium. the manager tried to fix the problem by reordering the meat we asked for huh, as we had no belief in this point that we could be cooked steak properly. but again the chicken came out of microwave and then slightly carburized. it was dry and rubbery. we'll never return here again, that was terrible.
I give this place a 5 stars because of this server name raven . it is amazing what she does. very friendly, helpful, makes great suggestions to make sure that she is satisfied with her experience. Otherwise I would have rated them two stars. When I was there, we waited 3 minutes before someone came and asked if we needed something. another family also waited for the bar and asked what if she finally sent someone to help us. I had an order to go.so was told to wait for someone else. now comes a gentleman who takes my order, it was a bit special because of my fasting, but I was not told a problem and it would take 8 to 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I still wait when they were asked, then they will finally bring me my order, and it is totally opposed to what I ask. Now I'm fast, I only have 30 minutes to find something and eat if I won't miss my window. very frustrating and annoying, but again, this girl name raven revolves around the whole thing, she asked what was my restrictions and offered some sweet meal that she simply twisted for my vegan necessity. many thanks again raven .
I love coming here. we don't come here often, but if we do that, everyone who works on Friday in the willow grove mall are super friendly. we are here yesterday at 17.8.22 clock. I'm sorry, I didn't get any names, but our server was great and the manager was just as great. the person who sat us was so friendly, and when we all left, the people who worked, had a smile and told us bye. this is very rare to find now and days. the food was great and quickly came out:
Went for drinks and appetizer, had the lavender cocktail and whiskey glazed chicken bites. Both were fantastic and bought another cocktail, lavender and alcohol were not overpowering, has a balanced and smooth flavor, will really plan on getting another again. Chicken has a sweet flavor from whiskey, not too strong and the sauces that came with it were great!
