Not sure what's going on here, but have been stopping at this 7-Eleven since 1998. Good shade for the car while you're getting gas in the heat of summer (prices are pretty low for the area). No problems with the pumps or cashing in my free Slurpee/drink on the app. Maybe my expectations are low with my simple needs. No issues with rudeness or service.
If you have experienced Discrimination, Disrespect, Rudeness at the 7 Eleven Store located at 8700 S Archer Ave in Willow Springs please join me in picketing the store when the pandemic is over. Discrimination is WRONG! And should NEVER be tolerated by anyone no matter who they are. I was discriminated against and humiliated by the Indian clerk that works in the store for no apparent reason. Maybe he was having a bad day? Well no reason to treat me the way he did. I posted the entire incident on 7 Eleven review page they took it down or either hid it from being viewed. If we never speak up, people will never be held accountable for their inappropriate, rude, unprofessional discriminating behavior. He never apologized, the owner of the franchise never apologized just lied and said he sent me an email. Read the reviews he's gotten away with bad and unacceptable behavior many times before. It must STOP! The only way to make him understand he cannot treat people this way is AWARENESS, and therefore I am going to picket the store. Stay tune to for updates.
This is the worst 7/11 around. So bad I drive to the next nearest location in Willowbrook, a much better store. The morning guy has a bad attitude, I have had free coffee on the app and this guy tells me no, it's not free then I get in my car look at my phone and it says congratulations on redeeming a free cup of coffee. This has happened at least 5 times. I won't shop here for anything after this. He seems bothered your in the store. Went back in today, cash in lotto ticket and guy is still employed and still rude as hell. A little respect and friendliness goes a long way for repeat business.
I miss the old cashiers. Even though they were all corky at least they were friendly and happy to see you. The morning cashier is an absolute freight to deal with. He has no personality and seems bothered to wait on you. What a grouch!! Also would it kill him to make fresh coffee? There's hardly ever fresh coffee or any coffee in the pots. This is a 7/11 isn't it?!
