Pros: The staff is active and very friendly. The food was warm. Business always gets customers. Cons: Food was lack of taste and seemed to be made easy so that the plates could be filled, syrup has no taste and appears either low in quality or near date. The staff began to get a little back into the order management and would not pick up the pace as needed for a comeback. All in all food was served on time, but there is room to approve that you get those guys.
We've been here for a long time, always gave them a chance, but they always seem to suck my friend's breakfast. So today the last time we go there, some of the waiters are nice, but they really need the right cook someone who knows how to make different eggs, and how to screw up breakfast anyway.
Honestly, George's is lancaster county's best kept breakfast secret. It's located in the Kendig square strip mall and has been there for decades. Great coffee, fast service and always has a table available. Good prices too. Make sure to ask for extra crispy hashbrowns!
Ordered a cheeseburger. They used to be good but this one was definitely not like they used to be. The meat had no flavor and the shredded lettuce had a musty smell/taste. Not sure if they are using lesser quality foods to keep cost down but I'd rather pay more for better food.
