Tuscan Italian Pizzeria - Willowick

Number one what is your phone number where I can get a hold of somebody? I continue to call it continues immediately hang up. Is anybody told you this yet? Number two when you go to your website to order you cannot get online is anybody told you this? Absolutely ridiculous please my brother brought a pizza home from your place a week or two ago I’m trying to order for delivery and I cannot get a hold of you people what is going on?

Food was not fresh. Cook doe not know what he is doing. Did not offer re-fund or re-fire. Said they do not do refunds. Couldn’t even tell me that himself, had to have the waitress tell me.

Went on a thursday night. Great food. So so service. Only three tables had customers including ours. Most of the lights were off. Bar closed. Only one server.

Nice place! Very friendly and food was spectacular!

Didn't have the pleasure to eat here but giving one star due to the inconsiderate treatment over the around town coupon handling and poor service (had to call upon arrival). This was the second time trying to use a coupon from the Around Town coupon book. The first time, was told the coupon was only valid on weekends. Upon return on Sunday Sept 5, Walked in to find nobody there. Calling the number on the coupon, someone came to the front. After sitting down and about to order, showed the coupon and was told that the coupon was only good on Friday and Saturday. Apparently Sunday is not part of the weekend. Left without eating there and won't return. If you plan to host a coupon, please specifically state when it is valid. It only states dine in only
