The golden fleece cafe - WILLUNGA

We brought a group of seniors from a nursing home for lunch and we were very impressed with the service. The food was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make our residents feel welcome. They all took the time to chat with our group, making the experience truly special. The retro setting brought back memories for our residents, sparking lots of nostalgic conversations about the past. Our residents had a wonderful time and we couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. Despite the busy atmosphere, there were plenty of staff members to ensure a short wait time. I highly recommend trying the homemade scones and jam - they were delicious!

We visited the Golden Fleece Cafe for breakfast on a chilly autumn morning, and it was clear that we were not the only ones who enjoyed this little gem of a spot. The friendly and professional young staff went above and beyond to make sure our requests were accommodated. My companion enjoyed the corn cakes while I opted to build my own breakfast. Both meals were generously portioned and incredibly tasty. I was especially impressed by the quality of the tea that was served. I am confident that we will be back to visit again in the future.

In a time when too many motels are looking tired this one is a delightful exception. Everything is 1st class, brand spanking new, immaculately clean and all facilities thoughfully provided. Heating quiet and efficient on a frosty night. King size bed with electric blankets turned on. Plenty of off road parking if you are towing. And there's the bonus of a genuine country pub just across the road. Only continental breakfast served in these difficult times

Such a nice and friendly atmosphere and lovely staff. Try the fruit juices!! You won’t be disappointed, go and visit them!
