Their website suggested 11:30, but when I placed my order, it confirmed a time of 9:30. I called to request the change, and the woman on the phone seemed completely unaware of what I was saying, despite my clarity. If language is a barrier, perhaps they shouldn't be handling phone calls."
The service here is truly exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is simply delicious. I highly recommend this Subway—it’s far superior to other locations. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews; this place is fantastic!
I had a terrible experience at this Subway and I will never go back. The staff was very rude to me and other customers, likely because they were overwhelmed during the lunch rush. Their behavior was just unacceptable!
This place doesn't even deserve one star. The previous reviews are spot on: it's understaffed, slow, and incredibly rude. I was next in line when they informed me it would take 25 minutes to prepare a six-inch sub! I've never encountered such unprofessional service at a Subway before. Save yourself the hassle and don't waste your time here!
I work near here going on 5 years. Consistently the worst service. I'm not sure why management has such a hard time training their staff.Almost always rude staff that have refused to correct sandwiches, bark orders, lied about availability of ingredients.Subway is priced right for a quick lunch, but this location is NOT worth it. This is not based on one bad experience. I keep hoping to walk in and have different staff, but even when that happens, the new crew is as bad as the last.
