Contribuisci feedbackClearly hit by pandemic. reservation and had to wait until as short on staff. Hostess surly and unapologetic. No bread available as wasnât delivered. Bernaise sauce was unrecognizable not sure what it was. Salmon was burned. Service slow as staff who did show up struggled to handle guests. Very disappointing as we have been going to Sullivanâs for over years.
Of us shoved in a corner back to back with other large and very loud parties. Servers were very nice but had to ask several times for many things. Asked times for bread which didnât arrive until after the appetizers. Didnât receive the drinks that were ordered and had to ask for them again. One person didnât receive their dinner that was orderedâ¦had to ask again for that. Never had our water refilled or was ever asked if we wanted more drinks. Ordered a medium steak and was well doneâ¦had it sent back and they brought a steak that looked like it was charged me full price and on top of it charged for the one that was sent back too. Had to dispute the bill and then waited forever and had to ask for our bill so we could leave. A bad experience overall! Will not be recommending or going back to what was once my favorite restaurant.
This was our first time to go to Sullivans. We had Brian as our server and he was great. We go to many different steakhouses, and this steak was one of the best. The only complaint I have, is they didnât have espresso martiniâs. Something about an espresso martini with your steak is phenomenal. Hopefully they add that soon. All in all, great experience! Great service, great food, and great atmosphere.
Wrong steak was brought out-server order error. Did not eat it but still had to pay for it. Slow service and strange clientele for a place that used to be so upscale.
Unfortunately, this last experience was so poor that it may be the end of my dining here. We arrived at for a reservation. The restaurant was not set up for ANY diners and there were around people crammed into the lobby, some of which that were waiting over mins when they had a reservation. We waited minutes to be seated and then when we sat down more minutes went by without being greeted. We asked for a wine list but then never received service so we got up and went to a competing steakhouse and got great service there.
