The cheese curds are the bomb! Everything I have eaten on the menu is delicious! You will not be disappointed!Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu and Games for kids to play while parents dine.
Cheese perogies were quite good. The mushroom/swiss/chicken sandwich was nothing to write home about (chicken was dry). The fries were good. Ice tea comes in bottles (Gold Peak). The Belgian ale I tried I would not order again but would be keen on trying their larger. The atmosphere was quite loud as kids were playing Foosball but it wasn't anything annoying. All in all, we'd eat here again.
The restaurant has a somewhat rustic feel. What you should expect when you eat here. I only state this because it is somewhat different to any other restaurant I’ve eaten at.1. You seat yourself (somewhat uncommon)2. You goto the bar and place your own order (a waitress will not come to your table, take your order) at least not at the time we were there.3. Almost all drinks (to include tea, soda and water) came in individual bottles. I’m pretty sure the only drinks that came in glasses were mixed bar drinks or tap beer.FURTHERMORE—I would have to assume that because these drinks, soda/pop/tea, come in bottles, there are NO FREE REFILLS, like other restaurants with fountain soda or tap water. So, instead of paying about 2.50 for soda with free refills, you may end up paying more for a refill here4. We were the first people in the door upon opening, placed order right away it still was a long wait for food……HOWEVER…..the food was absolutely delicious and I could tell, made too order with the only pre-prep being the chicken. So the wait was understandable. Finally, none of the dinners come with bread or a side salad. You have to purchase those separatelyPrices were much higher than the Denver, based on the exact type of dish….ACCEPT…..the General Denver dish INCLUDED a side salad and grilled ciabatta bread.the portion size of the main dish was larger at Brauch Brewery, but 2 more and no salad or bread.Even given the above, I will more than likely be coming backThis is JMO
When you walk in and see a German like pub. Very nice. You seat yourself. When you order ,your order at the bar with bartender. The wait staff will bring your food out when it's ready. I was very pleased to see the portion size was large. The prices a good, about average. Atmosphere is family. Very nice place.
