Catch Modern Seafood Cuisine

This restaurant quickly became one of my favorites! The food was impeccable and the service was most gracious (thanks to Ricky). I highly recommend the scallops! My family enjoyed the crab cakes as well, and they were also amazing.

The food at this restaurant in Wilmington was good, one of the best in the area. However, I would have preferred more attentive service. The price seemed a bit high for the quality, but everything seems overpriced nowadays.

Amazing food. Definitely my new favorite restaurant in Wilmington.

Fang is the ONLY facility that I will simply check because the quality/performance ALWAYS is exceptionally consistent. App: Dirty South Oysters, Entries: Afro Paella and Fried Seafood Platter, Desert: Coconutcake. Delicious!!!

Tuna full of cens, replaced by mussels and scallops, but half of the shells were raw, the scallops too salty and the sauce was tasteless. Starter Clams were really good. Too bad the whole seafood plate was deep-fried instead of very fresh catfish only grilled. The ambience is depressing and too dark.
