Cava - Wilmington

Has potential if it wasn't formal and makes me sick. I had the worst stomach pain after eating cava before a week ago. it hurts to go. it dissolved, but sucked, but everyone has a free day, so I went back today. He was gumy, feta tasted like blue cheese, and the cauliflower was even more splashy (see picture). it takes weeks to form for cauliflower, as has it still happened?! really, with all the business and how cheap cauliflower is I not to see how this is the problem. I think it's how to keep eating. then I realized that the cauliflower is white, so it is probably the only place where they can see the shape.

Loved this place. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food is delicious. Definitely a first pick when I want something fast but good! I had a girl named Jacquelyn do my order and she was so sweet and swift about everything! Definitely will be coming back

I went to visit a few weeks ago, the food was decent, but the staff and manager seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing at all. They were rude , the GM was rude , could barely run the shift properly . When I went to pay they had no idea which bowl I had gotten I had to fully tell them what I had gotten before they rung up the wrong protein bowl . Not to include what I got was barely filled up . Wasn’t worth the price or service I had gotten that day. I spoke to the manager , she didn’t really seem to care about anything I complained about . I will never return back to that location. I love Cava so I will be eating at another location from now on and will be asking people I know to do the same !

Giving this place 4 stars in case I caught them on a bad day.This place has a lot of potential but it needs better management. The idea is solid and the food is tasty. Maybe it was because it was 4pm but the staff was moving slowly and uninterested in serving. The dining area was filthy—every single table was dirty and the floor hadn’t been swept in a while. Went to wipe a table for my family and napkins were out.The pita was good but there is potential for it to be great. Maybe grab a new bin of lettuce instead of scraping the bottom to put 4 pieces of wilted, slimy lettuce on. When you pay $10 for a pita, you should get something substantial.Otherwise it was flavorful and I loved the beverage selection. With the right management/staffing this place could be a favorite.

I understand your pay is above minimum wage, however I would very much love to be able to tip them without repercussions. They really deserve it.Your cooks and manager have been very accommodating to me while asking questions regarding allergens. Presence of any GMOs or pesticides should be made explicit to upper management or on your website.
