Food was good as is the standard and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Good food as always. Big crowd but the staff handled it like pros.

Came in very close to closing time and the man who served us was very kind and accommodating. 10/10 Chicfila service remains unbeaten.

Drive-thru clean, little to no wait, kind and courteous staff slight wait at the window to collect food, did not receive one order of french fries, food was good, convenient but moderately expensive

Although I had a great experience ordering my food thanks to Dylan's fantastic service, receiving my meal was a different story. The food delivery woman overlooked my raised hand in the crowded restaurant, which was understandable given the number of people and orders she was handling. However, things took a turn when the manager grabbed my tray of food, walked a short distance without attempting to find me, and returned frustrated at Dylan for not locating me. My heart sank as my lonely meal sat on the countertop, missing out on all the action. Fortunately, Dylan came to the rescue and delivered my delicious chicken sandwich to me, making me feel like a lost child reunited with their family. As for the milkshake? Well, let's just say it's a story for another day.
