Grapes Real Jamaican Cuisine

We've been going here for a few years and the food is always delicious and the service is friendly. This is authentic Jamaican food. The oxtails, curry chicken, shrimp, breakfast, soups are all good. Oh and I can forget the beverage and patties (but get there early the patties may be sold out).Food: 5/5

I received burned oxtails u0026 burned plantains and I payed $40.00 for this. Disgraceful!!!

Today I ordered lg curry chicken and lg brown stew chicken. The portions were massive and the food was hot and tasty. What amazing service we received as well. I got a big bang for my buck today. I am truly impressed and will definitely return again.

I used to frequent here a lot, but then I stopped when I found hair in my food and couldn't get a replacement. The other day I decided to give it another chance and ordered over the phone. I arrived 30mins after I called, and instantly regretted my decision. I ordered a small meal that wasn't ready. As I was waiting, 4 people walked in, ordered, and were served right away. A few of us that were standing there were shocked. The lighter toned lady at the counter has the worst attitude possible in an establishment. Very rude, as if a paying customer annoys her. She should never be allowed to interact with people, or find another job. Finally get my food, and my order was wrong. I didn't dare to mention it, because it probably would've been another hour, or if she had gotten smart...Well you know how that could end. I'll just spend my money elsewhere, where you're treated with respect.
